Superior Customer Service

RSUI's claim department is dedicated to providing prompt, superior customer support. Due to the Specialty type of risks and exposures that are underwritten, RSUI has staffed its claim department with individuals who possess a high degree of technical expertise and claim handling skills.​

The RSUI Claim Department is comprised of six specialized units in Atlanta and one specialized multi-line unit in California.

Submit a Claim

If you are a holder of an RSUI policy with a claim, please contact your insurance broker. They will be able to quickly walk you through the claims reporting process. If you are unable to contact your broker please send your loss to reportclaims@rsui.com or fax the claim to: 404.231.3755.

If you are a wholesale broker filing a claim, please contact us via e-mail at reportclaims@rsui.com.​

URGENT AFTER BUSINESS HOURS OR WEEKENDS

Please submit loss notices over the weekend or after hours to reportclaims@rsui.com and Mike Koski simultaneously.

Claims that are submitted during normal business hours should ONLY be sent to reportclaims@rsui.com.

For insured's who are insured through the North Carolina Wind Pool, please send claims to catclaims@rjmw.com and Mike Koski simultaneously.
