David E. Leonard, CPCU (Chairman and CEO)
Dave Leonard began his career in the P&C Insurance industry in 1979. He joined RSUI Group, Inc. in December of 1999 and served as President from April, 2008 until being appointed Chairman and CEO in April, 2012. Prior roles in the industry include Casualty Underwriting management for the Crum & Forster Companies and Treaty Reinsurance Underwriting for Employers Reinsurance Corporation.
Mr. Leonard serves on the NAPSLO Board of Directors and is Co-Chair of the Legislative Committee having served prior as Co-Chair of the Education Committee. He has been a panelist for the NAPSLO E&S and Advanced Schools and for the NAPSLO Annual and Mid-Year conventions. He has also served on the NAPSLO Internship Committee and as an instructor for the NAPSLO E&S School.
Mr. Leonard graduated with a BSBA from East Carolina University, holds CPCU, ARe, AIAF and ARM designations and has completed the AICPCU/Wharton School Insurance Executive Development Program.
He lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife, Pamela.

Greg Buonocore (President)
Greg currently serves as President of RSUI Group. He joined RSUI in August 1999 and served as the product line manager for Directors & Officers Liability coverage until his appointment as President on April 1 2012. He began his career in 1985 as an Underwriter for National Union Fire Insurance Company (a subsidiary of AIG). After two years in the home office for AIG he spent five years as the Southeastern Regional D&O Manager for National Union in Atlanta. From 1991 to 1999 Greg was employed by Johnson & Higgins (now part of Marsh, Inc.) and Alexander & Alexander (which became part of Aon via merger). He was a Team Leader in the Aon Financial Services Group. Greg is a graduate of Pace University in New York City with a degree in Finance.

Phillip McCrorie, CPCU (Executive Vice President)
Phillip McCrorie is Executive Vice President of RSUI Group, Inc. and its insurance company subsidiaries, RSUI Indemnity Company, Landmark American Insurance Company, and Covington Specialty Insurance Company. Phillip is a member of the Companies’ Board of Directors and sits on the Investment Committee.
Prior to Phillip’s promotion to the executive leadership team, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RSUI from October 2003 to April 2012. Prior to joining RSUI in 2003, Phillip was the SVP of Finance for Axis Specialty in Atlanta. Phillip has held senior financial positions at Gulf Insurance, United Capitol Insurance and Van-American Insurance Company. Phillip holds a BS in Finance from Auburn University and a Masters of Arts in Finance from the University of Alabama. He holds a CPCU certification and has completed the AICPU/Wharton School Insurance Executive Development Program.
