Allie Garofalo serves as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President, overseeing RSUI’s Human Resources, Facilities, and Events teams. She brings over 15 years of experience in HR leadership, with a passion for fostering a workplace culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.

Since joining RSUI in 2011, Allie has led key initiatives across total rewards including health and wellness programs, compensation strategy, and leave management. She has also driven significant impact to RSUI’s HR technology, internal communications, and inclusion efforts. Her work is centered on building a connected, thoughtful employee experience that aligns with RSUI’s values and long-term goals. Allie holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in human resources and organizational change from Georgia State University.

Outside of work, Allie enjoys life with her young family. With a spouse and three active kids, her nights and weekends are often spent at the baseball field, surrounded by their “cousin crew” and soaking up this fun and full season of life. In quieter moments, she enjoys reading, cheering on UGA football, and rooting for the Atlanta Braves.
