Cindy Maxey currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at RSUI Group, Inc. She joined RSUI in 2004 and managed Benefits & Wellness until 2014 when she was named Department Manager. In addition to leading RSUI’s core HR processes including benefits, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, and more, she also manages the Events and Facilities teams. Cindy finds fulfillment and takes pride in developing individuals, building strong teams, and investing in employees in a holistic way, whether that be professional growth, personal development, or overall health and wellbeing.

Cindy has more than 25 years of experience working in Human Resources. Prior to joining RSUI, she worked at Genuine Parts Company, where she held a variety of progressively responsible roles. Cindy graduated from Shorter College where she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She lives with her husband and their four-legged child, Max. Family is the central part of Cindy’s life, and she enjoys spending her free time in the company of her many loved ones. As an avid reader who frequents the Georgia coast, Cindy is happiest when she is seaside with a beach read in hand.
