Binding Authority

Binding Authority tools, documents, and resources are available through the BA Online portal.
HOW TO LOG IN FOR THE FIRST TIME
- Go to https://ba-online.rsui.com and enter your email address, then click Next.
- When the password screen appears, click “Forgot password?” This is how all users set up their new password, even if you haven’t forgotten anything.
- Check your email for a verification code from RSUI. Enter the code and click Next.
- Create a new password (at least 8 characters) and click Reset password.
- Enter the second verification code sent to your email and click Verify.
Request Loss Runs
We’re happy to help with loss run requests. Simply email us with your policy number and once we receive your request, we’ll follow up with any questions and work hard to get you what you need quickly.
Policyholders
Send your request directly to our team and we’ll take it from there.
Please include a written release signed by the insured along with your request.
